The hotel was great, I truly enjoyed its amiable staff. The rooms were neat and brand-new with huge bathrooms and fridge as well as a wine fridge, for example, and I had a wonderful stay overall. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was marvellous, for example, an art museum was not too far from the property. Moreover, the area was fairly nice.

Enjoyed this hotel, had such great experience. The venue was fairly clean and convenient, had free wi-fi. The position of the hotel was great, to NingXia night market. And it was also next to the Taipei Main Station and a shopping area and MRT.

This hotel offered a great location, being close to the night market and public transportation. The gym and spa were decent, and the staff was attentive. They allowed us to check-in early and provided helpful recommendations for local eateries.

When water were opened in the next room I could hear it very well, and when it comes 6:30 am when you still want to sleep it is not so nice.... Maybe it was only in my room.

One of the receptionist ladies was very sweet, soft and polite which gave us a good impression. Room size is not too big but acceptable. The jacuzzi was nice. Walking distance to the nearest mrt st is about 8-10 minutes. Overall, this is a pleasant, comfortable hotel which provide good customer service.

Although the cleaner made some mistakes and made us angry on the second night as we have to transferred to other room for the rest of the nights, the staff in charge resolved this in a good way and apologised, and we didn't get charged for the additional bed for the first two nights due to their errors. Besides, although free wifi was provided, but we can't access it in the room especially on higher floor (I.E. 9th) due to the firewall, 2nd floor was fine as it is nearer to lobby area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, with multiple local food places and a night market just a stone's throw away. I also appreciated how convenient it was to arrange transportation, as the hotel offered an efficient airport shuttle service. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had various facilities like a business center and a gym, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a great place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Taipei with a great location. The staff at Royal Seasons Hotel Taipei ‧ Nanjing W. were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped me book tours, print off directions, and even provided a free shuttle service to nearby areas. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and I felt safe with their security measures. The nearby mall and night market were added bonuses for exploring the local culture. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and convenient location.

The hotel is too far from the mrt station. They have a free shuttle service, but it only goes one way. Big window to the bathroom was a little strange.
